Delivery is done via courier - please ensure that full correct address and contact details are given, also please make sure someone is available all day to receive the goodies. 3. Cakes, Cookies, Brownies and Snack Box Items are baked and packaged at our sister site therefore cannot be ordered for collection or delivery with other Kupkake Kitkhen orders. 4. Cakes, Cookies, Brownies, Snack Boxes and custom badges are made fresh to order, please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery. 5. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates so please do order ahead and anticipate earlier deliveries for special days such as birthdays or anniversaries.
